Biographical Brief

Eugene Flinn has a long record of community service to Palmetto Bay.  Professionally, Eugene Flinn is an attorney practicing in the all areas of Administrative Law / Litigation Practice in all Courts, State and Federal, Insurance and Self-Insured Defense, Employer Liability, Workers' Compensation, Insurance Coverage issues, Premises Liability, Automobile Liability, and General Liability.

Eugene Flinn is a native resident of south Miami-Dade County and graduated from Southwest Miami High School, the University of Miami and UM School of Law. Eugene Flinn was active in the Palmetto Bay incorporation effort from the beginning having served as chair of the Steering Committee and as a member of the Palmetto Bay Municipal Advisory Committee where he was elected chair. He is married to Alexandra Flinn, author of books for young-adult readers. They have two daughters who attend local public schools.
